What To Expect During and After Your Massage:
When you receive your massage you will be lying on a massage table covered with a sheet disrobed to your comfort level. The room will be dimly lit and relaxing music will be playing in the background. You should remove any necklaces and watches or bracelets and silence cell phones. Tell your therapist where the problem areas are so he/she may concentrate on them.
After your massage is over you must drink plenty of water to help flush out the toxins that were released during your treatment. It is recommended that a Bio-Cleanse Ionic foot bath be done immediately following your massage to further detox your system. We also encourage you soak in a bath of Epsom salt for 20-30 minutes after you arrive home to assist in toxin elimination.
